The Will Planner.

Six short steps, at the kitchen table, at your own pace. It never writes a will and it never gives legal advice. It gathers your thoughts and sends Finnegan Maguire Solicitors a structured note, so the first appointment takes twenty minutes instead of an hour.

Never writes a will
The document is drafted with you and signed in the office.
Never gives legal advice
Nothing here is binding. It is a note for the meeting.
Nothing stored on this site
Your answers go to the office when you press send, and nowhere else.
After you press send

Most people have their will signed within two visits.

We ring to arrange a time

Your answers arrive laid out like an attendance note, so the first meeting is about advice, not about explaining the basics.

What to bring

Photo identification, and any deeds, policies or account details you have to hand. No values needed for anything.

A draft to read at home

Then a second short visit to sign, with two witnesses. Every complication you flagged here is dealt with in the room, not discovered later.

Prefer to start with a conversation?

Ring the office and we will take the same details over the phone. The guide on making a will explains what happens at the meeting.
