What to send

Fine to send
A clear photo or a scan of each page. PDFs from a bank, an estate agent or Revenue. Anything we have asked you for by letter.
Please do not send
Original deeds, the only copy of anything, or identity documents unless we have asked for them by name. Anything over 20 MB, ring us instead.

How it is kept safe

Three things that are true of every file sent from here.

One

It goes straight to the firm

The upload is made directly into Finnegan Maguire Solicitors's own storage. This website holds permission to add files to one folder used for nothing else, and no more than that.

Two

Only the firm can open it

Files are opened by staff signed in to the firm's own account, with a second check on their identity, and every opening is logged. The link in the email is useless to anyone else.

Three

Kept as long as your file, no longer

Once received it is treated like anything you hand in at the office, and kept under the firm's retention policy. Our privacy notice sets out the periods.
